We Have Custom Versions of Our Checks by Phone, Checks by FAX or eChecks via the Internet System for Insurance Agents, Government Agencies, General Business and Non-Profits. While they all use the same underlying code base and functionality, each version has some features uniquely designed to accomodate the special requirements of the particular business / industry / situation. We designed the system to be very flexible and customizable. You can get a better idea of this by visiting the Special Features and Easy Customization links on the right-side navigation bar.

Instead of explanations, details, screenshots and the like, this page will get you directly into the live Vcheck system via test accounts under each of the different versions. Obviously, you only need to enter the demo for the version that fits your business or organization. PLEASE NOTE: All the required fields on the Check Form are validated, so you will need a valid bank ABA routing number. You can use one from your checks - or this one: 102000076.

Insurance Agents, Agencies and Producers

This version has the option of a special "pre-form" that may be used instead of going directly to the check form. Also, the Vcheck Contol Panel has special columns in the new checks table for data that may be provided on the "pre-form". You start by launching the "pre-form" or check form into a new browser window - complete and submit the check, then close that window to return to this version section and click the link to login to the Vcheck Control Panel.

General Business

Custom pre-forms may be used with any Vcheck account, but for general business, you simple place a link on your own website(s) to your custom Vcheck form. We also offer a variety of "Pay by Vcheck" logos/images you can use on your site as the link to your form. You start by launching the "pre-form" or check form into a new browser window - complete and submit the check, then close that window to return to this version section and click the link to login to the Vcheck Control Panel.

Churches and other Non-Profits

Using specially designed pre-forms, our e-giving version of Vcheck can accomodate special needs such as designating a donation to several uses/projects and allowing a donor to setup a recurring payment schedule for recurring donations. Columns to display custom fields can be added to your Vcheck Control Panel to make it easy to manage your donations. You start by launching the "pre-form" or check form into a new browser window - complete and submit the check, then close that window to return to this version section and click the link to login to the Vcheck Control Panel.

When using the pre-forms below - please note the donation designations are carried over to the Memo Fields of the check.
